Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect compared to your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at: wearecazo@gmail.com.

Unopened Domestic Returns:

While we cannot offer general returns on opened products, unopened domestic packages marked "Return to Sender" will be refunded for the product cost, minus the original shipping charge.

International Orders:

We are not responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes incurred on international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on international packages refused at customs.
