Order Fulfillment:
Processing Time & Shipping Schedule:
Allow up to 10 business days for us to process, prepare, and ship your order via USPS. Once your order ships (Fridays or Saturdays), you'll receive a notification with tracking information.
Returns & Refunds:
Returned Packages:
If your package is “returned to sender” due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided at checkout, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping charge.
Delivered/Abandoned Packages:
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as "delivered" or "abandoned" by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Cazo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, you'll need to file a claim directly with the courier company. Keep your tracking information for reference.
